Julia Pucciarelli

I’m originally from Clifton Park and graduated from Shenendehowa in 2013. I then went on to attend SUNY Geneseo to obtain my Bachelor’s Degree in Communication while swimming on their Division III NCAA Varsity Women’s Swim Team. The Adirondacks has always had a special place in my heart, and I knew I would find my way back. My family has lived on Brant Lake for over 100 years and it will remain that way for years to come!

The Adirondacks are such a unique and beautiful location and I guarantee you will fall in love in a heartbeat. There is everything you could possibly need: hiking trails, beautiful lakes, great restaurants, and more! I have so many great memories growing up in this area and I can’t wait to help YOU find the right place to start making your memories.

Outside real estate… My family owns the Odd Duck on Main Street in Chestertown. I have been a server/bartender there since we opened in 2016. I have grown to love the restaurant business and have learned so much. I am also a staff member at the North Warren Chamber of Commerce, and I currently serve as the secretary for the chamber board. I am a committee member for community events such as Krazy Downhill Derby and co-chair for the town’s annual SummerFest. I take part in the Tri-Lakes Business Alliance as a volunteer & love being a part of the North Warren Community & getting to know new people. There is no other place you would want to be than in the heart of the Adirondacks! Let me help you find that magical place!
